Returns or exchanges must be requested within 3 days of receiving the order.
Products must be unused, in original condition, and with complete packaging.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for opened, used, or improperly stored products.
You received the wrong item.
The product arrived damaged or with a visible defect.
There is a discrepancy in quantity or specifications (as long as the item is unopened and unused).
Contact us through the “Contact Us” page or WhatsApp within 3 days of receiving the order.
Provide the reason for the request and attach clear photos of the product if needed.
Once approved, we will coordinate the pickup and arrange for replacement or refund as necessary.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the product is received and inspected.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
